Squash Blossom Company - Van Buren

The hotel is located in 100 years old grocery store with lots of charm, and local legend John Bruce behind the counter with more than 42 years in health food. Both owners are concerned and willing to help buy here for years and like to get through all chain shops to get to the squash!!!! A decent selection of sizes, and many Supps and organic products and huge selection of bulk herbs.

My favorite local store because the prices are reasonable, unlike the other 2 primary health food stores in the area. These are called Old Fashioned Foods and are owned by the same person. Both owners are siblings. Old Fashioned Foods does have very good prices on their produce, at least the one out on Rogers which has a better selection than the one downtown. If you want to drive to Fayetteville, AR you can shop at the Ozark Natural Foods which is a very large and great store with very reasonable prices. Much selection and deli.
