Ninja Japanese Express Ii - Van Buren

I?ve ordered here almost twice every month. I absolutely love this place their food. Amazing staff the food speaks for itself. I most definitely recommend to everyone!

This is our favorite place to go, they are very kind and helpful with the menu. We?ve been here multiple times mainly takeout, but either way you choose your getting fresh food.

The sushi I ordered looked nothing like the pictures and didn't contain the tempura roll as advertised. The portion size was generous though.

The food was good, both in size and taste. They have you order and pay at the counter, but then serve food to the table. The kitchen staff was busy and working, but the kid at the register was on his phone and ignoring everyone most of them time, even leaving out the front door a few times and then coming back in. I had to ask the kitchen staff for our salads after we had finished our appetizers and main meals, as they were never delivered and the front guy had taken off out the door again... Overall, the food is worth a visit, but don't expect any great service.

Literally just called. Stoner answers. Has no idea about the food. Zero interest in taking my order. No idea what theyserve or make. I mean we're watching him sit around and do nothing. So yeah, not sure how this place was rated so high. We came from out of town. The only thing we can say about this place: hard pass. Find another spot.
