What Brenda Knox doesn't like about Hampton Inn Van Buren:
Worst Hilton Honors hotel ever. Tricked me into a King suite $20 more than I had on my app even after I showed them the price. (My stupidity....I should have left right then) Couldn't even use hair dryer in bathroom because outlets are blocked by backsplash. Told front desk and they said...oh you must be in room 205....so they obviously knew about the design flaw before. Heard every foot step in room above us. Dog in... View all feedback.
Easy on off the interstate close to a bunch of restaurants and walmart. Big spacious well stocked room and good hot breakfast.
$10/hour for early check-in is ridiculous. Putting profits before customer satisfaction.
Our AC went out in the middle of the night on our last day at this location, when told manager the next morning she was very helpful.
This Hampton is located very well, we heard no road noise and there were many restaurants nearby. I was pleased with the breakfast selection, the egg-white frittata was a surprise. Gigi's only disappointment was in the self-serve breakfast, the area is so small that the reach to dispense cereal was a stretch over other items.
