Lovely restaurant but fondue left a little to be desired. The dishes were kept hot by induction which sometimes worked but had to keep moving the dishes. Also the fondue only came with potatoes and bread and not a lot of cheese sauce. We would have expected some salad for the overall price. View all feedback.
Last night I was in this place recommended by friends, to celebrate the birthday . enter and there is a beautiful atmosphere. Meanwhile, the main start has a list of crazy games,! and try to make yourself comfortable and advise you to stay well and not spend too much, many are just for an aperitif. we have sipped and eaten very well.compliments to fabrizio that offers historical dishes in a more modern key.
Experience more than positive! the food was really good and the rich portions (we took a fondue in two). the manager was kind and helpful, and recommended us well. small but cozy atmosphere, the music I liked above all. definitely recommended!
After a night at the convivial you understand that good cuisine is very important in a restaurant but that to live a unique experience it takes much more. the atmosphere that you breathe in this place perfectly reflects the name and the feeling is to find yourself in a large family (despite the detachment and the covid rules). food is of quality and is served in abundance. I would recommend convivial to anyone who would like to give a delicious dinner outside the classic restaurant patterns, in my opinion it is a must when you go to Cervinia! I would like to make a note on the previous review that speaks of poor availability of food/alcohol in the evening of closing (as it is a topic that is very close to me) inviting paolo to evaluate if it was not just a ethical choice from management. in a period of total waste, is it really so important to put the impeccable service in place or is it worth appreciating who chooses not to throw away industrial quantities of food just so as not to meet criticism? together we will save the earth, perhaps.
You eat well, you drink well and there is a musical choice in the background that we always appreciate. small, but well organized. book for a long time, I recommend it, you will be satisfied in all aspects.
Very original local, good food to share, recipes valdostane raclette and fondue) and bourguignonne. very small and crowded aperitifs at the counter. Try absolutely!
