On the day we checked out from the hotel we asked if we could wait inside until the bus arrived. They rudely told us we were no longer guests and were not welcome to wait inside, even though it was -6C outside and the friend I was traveling with was very pregnant. I have never been treated so rudely or felt so unwelcome.
Super friendly lady, owner of the Hotel, we had a amazing stay, the 100% pure Italian linnen bed covers, delightful matras. Absolutely a perfect stay when in Vals and not opting for the expensive therme Hotel. This small Hotel offers luxury and services in a effortless setting, with a familiar touch. Again i can only repeat..... An wonderful stay in the amazing magical Valser Valley
