This place used to be good and now it's downhill. I ordered a matcha latte and the guy threw the drink off; half of it was shed and the lid came out. I took it because the guy seemed too busy and didn't feel like I was going to be complaining somewhere. I never come back.

It was very busy, but I didn't wait too long for my drinks.

There's not much about this place that bothers me, except this one thing... Your Deli, where they make orders. I'm on my way at 4:30 and I understand that they're preparing things, things have to be done what I understand. But if I have to wait 20 minutes, 30 minutes as an employee just go by hoping that you will not stop them and ask for help it will really frustrating. I asked a guy one day hey is someone who works the delinium and he said yes, but they have a lot of other things to worry about.. I said yes, I understand, but they have to be back here and see me, you could let them know I don't know. He kept saying that they have other things to do than stand at Deli. I went without the order. They do that every morning. I understand that you have a different task, but something has to give because you not only receive customers in this time, and we are just standing there and we need to go. I'll go to other shops until it's fixed.

I love Wawa they have Icees (reminds me of slushies back home in Maine) they're only a 5 min walk from my house.. so they're convenient, reasonably priced most of the staff are friendly.. especially one girl who drinks her Icee mixed just like I do with the same flavors (has to be a Maine thing)
