Subway - Valparaiso

The employees were friendly, but this restaurant is in desperate need of a thorough cleaning. There was a serious gnat problem, with bugs flying all over while my sandwich was being made and none of the food was covered. I am worried about getting sick after eating here. The rotisserie chicken was extremely dry and lacked flavor. I will not be spending $16 on a sandwich here again, when I can buy three whole fresh rotisserie chickens at the store for the same price. What a disappointment.

I would like to speak with the owners of this restaurant. It is extremely disappointing to see a subway in such a sad state. There is a serious issue with a bug infestation, making it one of the dirtiest subways I have ever visited. It should be closed down and thoroughly cleaned to start fresh. I worked at a subway with a drive-through and we were able to keep it spotless. The glass windows are covered in old food and the drink station is disgusting. I am concerned that bugs may be all over the food, as some items are not covered properly.

Despite some negative reviews, I found the service to be friendly and efficient. The restaurant was clean and the sandwich was delicious. It seems like the management has made some improvements, as my experience was great.

Abby was cool and very friendly, in and out pretty fast and the place was clean. Definitely 10-20$ per person though.

I waited in line with 5 people for an incredible 50 minutes before placing my order. Each person in line only ordered 1 or 2 sandwiches. While I appreciate that food is made to order, I have been to many Subway restaurants and have never experienced such a long wait. It seems like having a manager or someone with more experience could have improved the situation.
