I entered the restaurant and placed my order at a screen, realizing that there were no waiters. I decided not to receive an email receipt, so I took a photo of the screen for my records. A server then accused me of taking their picture and refused to give me my food, a refund, or even a receipt. The place was lacking in cleanliness, decor, and quality of food. View all feedback.
The food was good, but they gave us small paper straws for our Sickers milkshakes so I could not get on the straw and they didn't have sunk open, but like all Kovid thing is over, so that's stupid
I don't know how this place stays open. Last 3 times we have been there they are either closed completely or drive through only or toady it got even better with door dash delivery only! Are you kidding me!
The tiny little paper straw they give you with a shake is a joke- styrofoam cup and plastic lid, but a paper straw will save the world. A vanilla shake will barely even suck through and snickers or Nutella shakes clog it immediately- completely useless! Not to mention the shakes didn’t even fill the cup! Burgers were greasy and gross and the fries were super disgusting- they definitely haven’t changed the oil in the deep fryer in months! Absolutely the grossest meal I’ve eaten in a longggggg time!
Ordered online. Scheduled a 915 pickup. Their online order system charged my card the full amount. I arrived and was told the store was closed and my order hadn't been made. I had the confirmation email from their site, as well as the charge to my bank card, and the site will not allow me to request a refund, nor is there a contact option. I am beyond furious. I get needing to close earlier than the website says, absolutely everyone is short staffed. And I dont blame the employees. But since the site took my money in exchange for nonexistent food, I need to call the bank in the morning and contest the charges because there is no phone number or email address under the contact us tab of that site. Which is a frustrating use of my time. So. Nothing against the employees, but don't use that thieving online order system.
Opening late, closing early. Way understaffed. Employees are trying, yet it took multiple explanations for the order. I wanted three burgers. Two to be the same and one different. One to be a meal. He kept repeating it back like he had it, receipt was wrong, then wanted to tell me what I wanted to order. It’s not the employees fault the business can’t keep their employees. Boost their wages or shut your doors. This is becoming too much fun. I feel for the employees. Their manager went to have a smoke break and got in her car and left. They said she does it like 10x a day everyday.
