Pat's Ice Cream Parlor - Valparaiso

Inventive delicious flavors and friendly service in a cute place. Plus the positive vibe makes this my go-to place.

The two workers were super friendly, offered to let us try flavors before we officially decided on what we wanted, and gave us an overall welcoming experience. The ice creams pictured from left to right are a banana fudge split with Superman and birthday cake. And the right is a chocolate dipped chocolate waffle bowl with kitty kitty bang bang, peppermint stick, and the African chocolate icecream. Delicious!

Very good ice cream, good selection of flavors, reasonable prices. We come here often for a scoop after dining out. The zanzibar chocolate is very rich and good, exhausted parent is a favorite. Only complaint is that they often are closed earlier than their scheduled time. My kids have been disappointed by this a few times.

You know the place is great when there is a line! Get in line and appreciate the service because they work hard all day to provide a tasty treat!

This place is awesome. Reasonably priced. I tried their Zanzibar chocolate ice cream and it was out of this world. So smooth and rich!! Definitely recommend this place.
