Burgerhaus - Valparaiso

Tried to call and order to go and was told they flat out weren’t accepting pick up orders “because of how busy they were” but, if we were to go there and eat the food would need to be made either way. We usually love burgerhaus but that’s a bit ridiculous to just ignore a customer because they prefer to come pick it up , not sure we will be ordering thru them again.

The food was good, the service was prompt, and the management was tentative to check in on our table and make sure everything was to our liking. Vegetarian options: Some veg options

We had a last minute party of 9 and called ahead to check if they had room. They completely welcomed us and had a table waiting for us when we showed up. Chris is the best server ever and so accommodating!! He will give you great suggestions from the menu and is so friendly!! Can’t forget to mention that the food was all absolutely amazing!!

We visited this restaurant on our way to a college visit in mid Indiana. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very nice reminiscent of a tavern in Germany. We were immediately seated, and waited upon by our server. Server. She was very attentive and answered questions about the menu. Our food was quickly prepared and served to us. The meal was fabulous. I would definitely come here again when traveling through the area.

Burgerhaus makes the Best burger in Valparaiso, cooked to perfection served with Onion Tomato and Lettuce and a little basket of French fries. Waitress was friendly and efficient.
