The menu clearly marks vegan items with a "V", and also notes which dishes can be modified to be vegan. I tried the rice noodles with veggies and tofu, which was very flavorful. We also ordered the Korean BBQ fries as an appetizer, which were delicious. The portions were generous and I ended up eating more than I should have. Next time, I might skip the appetizer since the noodle bowl was already a large meal on its own.
