I had high hopes after seeing good reviews. I called my order in over an hour ahead of time and it was not even close to ready at my requested pickup time. We had Italian Beef and tomato bread and they were both on soft buns. Flavor was okay, bread a little burnt. Did not impress me for my first experience. View all feedback.
