I went to this place for dinner, a classic spartan trattoria which wouldn't hurt to be modernised, but on the other hand the food was really good, we had 1 starter of good quality cured meats, 2 good long first gnocchi and 1 carbonara rated 10, a tasty crunchy bacon, as a second course good scamorza with mushrooms and excellent grilled skewers. Cozy place, outside garden well-kept but not for the few rides present. Standard service, friendly waiters. The fettuccine with mushrooms is acceptable, while the long gnocchi with meat sauce are not too good. As for the second course, the meat was stringy, but the roast was good. We stayed last week at dinner, family. Many appetizers of various choice, first excellent, I had the possibility to make two first together in the dish and obviously cacio and pepper and carbonara could not miss, what to say!!! Excellent!!! Very good grilled meat,rich with variants and very good price quality. I highly recommend stopping you here if you are in Valmontone.
