The staff is always changing so you often get newbies that are unsure and afraid. You get what you order and if you get coupons even better. It has moved across the highway and now has a drive through. View all feedback.
What Viljo Avotie doesn't like about Subway:
my sub is sucked. brot was dry. they had no pickles. the two people who work there seemed to have fought. the little funny guy made me get my hits. bad experience. bad sandwich. If you do all this, you should do it well. never again. Valleyview subway is brutal View all feedback.
One of the new type subways that are popping up pretending they are hip and new with same menu only digital on a tv. The music was so loud at the order counter and the staff talked so quietly made the experience almost unbearable. By the time my sandwich was done I didn't really want it.

There was a young fellow working this subway this summer who has all alone and way able to serve 12 people in the course of 15 minutes while remaining friendly and efficient. The owner should give this guy a raise and probably give him someone else to work with.
This is the worst Subway ever!! We travel through Valleyview for work and regularly stop in town to eat. Stopping at Subway today was a mistake. It took 25 minutes to place our order and get back on the road. When we arrived, Claire was making a platter of subs, so Darien served the person in front of us. It was painful to watch. When we was ringing in that persons sub ( by this point we had been standing there for 10 minutes ), Claire came over and told us we would have to wait while she made another platter. Finally, after 15 minutes, Darien came over and started to take our order. It was pathetic. It took another 10 minutes for him to make 2 sandwiches. He forgot that a BMT has ham on it and I had to remind him several times that I wanted double cheese and double meat. He asked if I wanted all the types of meat doubled ?!?! Isn't that what double meat means? My coworker ordered a Subway melt with bacon and double cheese. He had to remind Darien that the melt came with Turkey (to which Darien asked, Do you want the Turkey?) He also had to remind Darien that he didn't want it toasted and that he had asked for double cheese.Owner - why do you keep Darien employed !! He's the same guy who messed up my sandwich last time.At the till, Claire was obviously frustrated with Darien and didn't charge us for any of the extra's. That was very nice of her, but it will be a cold day in a certain place before we stop at this Subway again. If it wasn't for the lack of competition, I doubt they would be in business very long.
Ordered a BMT to go and didn't realize until I went to eat it an hour later that the guy made it wrong - left out the Black Forest Ham. Other than that, the sandwich was good, but it certainly speaks to the level of employee they hire that they can't make a signature sandwich without leaving out 1/3 of the meat.If I go back, I'm definitely going to have to check the ingredients before going and watch to make sure that I actually get the sandwich that I order.
