Chipotle Mexican Grill - Valley Stream

Some members of my family love Chipotle..not me however..the food is great...portions satisfying..customer service courteous...yes

It's a nice restaurant that stays open later than some of the other places in the mall. While the interior isn't overly spacious, it's comfortable and not overcrowded. The establishment attracts a decent number of customers, but the staff is efficient at keeping the line moving, so you can expect a brief wait.

This Chipotle location is pretty underwhelming compared to others. Entering feels like unboxing a box of chocolates; you never know what to expect. They're often out of various ingredients, or the drink machine isn’t working. Recently, the tortilla warmer was broken, and more often than not, the chicken lacks flavor.

I ordered through the app and my order was stolen from the pick up station. They would not offer a refund on the app for my order I never received. $21 down the drain and an hour of my time wasted trying to get my food and a refund for it never being there for pick up.

It was my first time dining at this restaurant. The cashier was incredibly patient and helpful, providing thorough explanations for everything. While my chosen meal was enjoyable, I wouldn't go so far as to say it was delicious.
