Love this carvel been going here over 8 years! Vanessa and all staff are so sweet and very professional the place is ALWAYS clean! Vanessa has been making beautiful cake's for my son since he was 1 year's old I get all my ???? here and it doesn't take long all not 48hours as some bakery places. These are just a few pictures. The staff has changed, and so has the service. The new team tends to serve smaller portions. Overall, the experience is just okay. However, the quality of the soft serve remains as delicious as ever. View all feedback.
The staff works quickly to get your orders ready. For many years, I've loved and enjoyed Carvel ice cream.
The service needs improvement. I waited 25 minutes in line for a sundae, which is especially disappointing on busy Wednesdays.

This Carvel definitely does not give you your money?s worth. When I made a complaint to the worker. He got smart mouthed. Poor, poor customer service. I will definitely report this to the appropriate agency.
