We've been here several times, and I promised myself I'd try something different each time. The fish tacos are fantastic, and the pork fajitas are great! The shrimp cocktail is out of this world—I'd describe it more like a gazpacho, but it's incredibly delicious and could easily be a meal on its own. My all-time favorite, though, is the chili verde. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to try the chili relleno!

We had a wonderful lunch at this restaurant. The dining area at the golf course has undergone significant changes over the years. Since October 2020, it seems to be on the rise. I'm not sure if the name 'Vista Grill' is still in use, but this version of the restaurant has truly elevated itself. We discovered a creative menu featuring high-quality ingredients and thoughtful preparation. It appears to be well on its way to becoming our new favorite restaurant.
