U... read more I observed a staff member using a dirty broom and then immediately handling plates and items from the salad bar without washing their hands or wearing gloves. Unfortunately, I had already visited the salad bar before I noticed how the food was being mishandled. My child ordered a kids' burger that was rock hard, the mashed potatoes were among the worst I've ever tasted, and the fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil. Our server was aware of our dissatisfaction but did nothing to address it or make things right. I regret not speaking up because I ended up paying $25 for just a few bites of terrible food. I cannot recommend this place; there are many better options out there.

This was a definite... read more The bathroom floors were sticky and emitted an unpleasant odor. Although the dining area wasn't quite as sticky, it still had a tacky feel. This was a definite deal breaker for me and completely diminished my appetite! The food is good, but unclean floors will deter customers!

The steak was overcooke... read more The salad bar was wonderful, and my husband's ribs were outstanding. However, I was disappointed with my steak, mushrooms, and zucchini. The steak was overcooked, tough, and gritty, the mushrooms were overly cooked, and the zucchini was heavily soaked in oil, which made it unappetizing. The oil itself lacked a pleasant taste. On a positive note, the French fries were oil-free and quite delicious. It might just have been an off day for the steak. I didn't mention my concerns because my husband was really enjoying his meal, especially since we were celebrating his birthday and he picked this restaurant. We'll definitely give it another chance, as everyone can have a bad day every now and then.

We waited an entire hour for our food, despite the fact that only about four other tables were occupied. One of us ordered chicken strips, but instead, we were served over-fried onion rings instead of the fries we were expecting. The broccoli soup had cold broccoli just thrown in without any care. The steak, which was ordered medium, was served well-done and charred in several places. Additionally, we didn't receive any refills on our drinks after our food was brought to the table. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
