It's won... read more I absolutely adore this restaurant! The owners, Floyd and his wife Marsha, are fantastic. I appreciate how they write Bible verses on the takeout bags. It's wonderful to support local businesses that have Christian values. The pulled pork sandwiches and homemade sides are delicious.

I enjoy discovering new places off the beaten path, and this establishment had a cozy atmosphere that reminded me of the small town I grew up in. The locals were welcoming and friendly, adding to the overall pleasant experience. The barbecue was delicious, and the staff was exceptionally kind. I highly recommend trying their pulled pork sandwich with fries - the barbecue sauce that accompanied it was perfect. If you have the opportunity to dine here, you will not be disappointed.

I had been wanting to try this restaurant for weeks after stumbling upon it closed. After googling Valley Head restaurants, I made it a mission to try their ribs. Despite some scheduling mishaps, my husband and I finally made it for lunch on a Thursday. The ribs were absolutely delicious, tender, and not overly smoky. The pulled pork was also outstanding. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was charming. My husband didn't want me to praise the restaurant too much, as we've had mixed experiences at other places in the area. However, we will definitely be returning to try the BBQ nachos and more of their fantastic ribs.
