We arrived at Tannins early on Saturday night and were seated at a great table for two. Our waiter, Alex, greeted us warmly. I wanted to order lobster but Alex informed me it was out of season, so I chose the lamb shank instead. My guest ordered pork ribs. The restaurant was very loud, but the servers were excellent and attentive despite the busy atmosphere.

I wanted to order lobster but Alex informed me it was out of season, so I chose the lamb shank instead. My guest ordered pork ribs. We also ordered a bottle of prosecco and toasted to our first dinner out in Antigua. Alex was attentive, pleasant, and friendly, without being overly servile. My lamb was perfectly seasoned and cooked, while my friend enjoyed her pork ribs. I ended the meal with chocolate cake and a glass of moscato. We will definitely be returning to Tannins.
