Portinos Italian - Valley Center

Great tasting and well prepared! We were with other Italian diocese that seemed to be short on taste quality. Portinos really came through for us. The Chicken Parmisean was exemplary. The Chicken Picata was delicious, and the Take-Home area led us to lunch the next day.

The first thing we noticed was cleanliness. You will never find another restaurant with immaculate glasses and dishes that literally glittered as we found here. The quality and quantity of food was exceptional. Our server, Monica, was attentive and friendly. You should look for this small Italian restaurant and enjoy a great culinary experience.

It was late at night when I went to this sweet Italian restaurant. I just ordered what I would normally do if I went to another Italian restaurant, Lasagna and a salad. I also have a pizza for my family that was with me. And I enjoyed my dinner, the Lasagna was very full, but pretty good, the salad was simple and yet delicious, and I had a good time in general. The staff was friendly and funny. And the only problem was that the table was not clean. Overall, I would go back.

Lives in the Pauma Valley since 2003. This was our first time in this restaurant. We ordered a big pizza for us and another one for one of our neighbors. Very disappointed to say the least. The crust was very thin and more like a piece of cardboard with hardly any sauce and cheese that was hardly melted. Never again. Frozen Pizza has more quality.

We have had a great experience picking from here many times. Our fav is the BBQ chicken pizza. They also have great gluten free crust. Thank you, Portinos!
