Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I recently tried the takeout lunch option at this restaurant. The price per person is very affordable, ranging from $1 to $10. The food I ordered, specifically the Crinkle Fries, was absolutely delicious and I highly recommend it. However, I was disappointed with the service and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant, both of which I would rate a 1 out of 5.

I ordered boneless wings. After seeing the reviews, I decided to give it a try anyway. Big mistake. I've never had boneless wings served cold before. The inside was chilled as if they had been sitting in a refrigerator, and the toast was burnt. Very disappointing experience!

The restaurant offers delicious food and excellent service. It is a great place to dine in for lunch. The price per person ranges from $30 to $50. I highly recommend trying the Cobb Salad.

I ordered the Cobb salad and usually it's loaded today there was one slice of bacon whole mind you, one whole boiled egg not even sliced 4 slices of tomatoes a pinch if cheese and no one answered the phone when ai tried calling to report it. The last time ai went through the drive thru I had to come back . We ordered 20 pc wing and only received 7......smh Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The employees working on 9/6/23 were the rudest most disrespectful people I've seen. I place my order in the drive thru,while ordering the girl is in the speaker is that it,is that it every 2 seconds! I get to the window no common courtesy, just a total. I Pay she gives my change. Hands me my cups and slams the window!!!! I drive around park and go in.i ask to speak with a manager. The girl that was standing at the window at the time her fellow employee was being smart and rude says she's the manager. I explained to her that their customer service was the worst I've ever received!!! She now tells me she the manager but she off the clock. The most unprofessional people I've encountered. The employees look around to figure who would play manager. Amanda comes around and tells me she doesn't have cooperates number,stated she couldn't give me the little girls name at the window. She proceeded to only write down her personal number with a fake name,which she said was the manager's number. I'll never return to that location!! UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE,DISRESPECTFUL, WITH NO KNOWLEDGE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE OR COMMON COURTESY! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
