We waited for the ride through five minutes, no one came to take our order. We tried to put it in the window and was directed to go back. How rude and not professional. View all feedback.
This place is slowwww!!!! Order 12 pieces Nugget and 2 large pommes and it literally took 20 minutes to get my order. Then wrong order was brought out. I asked for a refund
Today's visit was good, friendly staff, made my order fresh on request.
Service was terrible and rude. While I was waiting for two different people to come in after messing up their orders. In addition, I broke up with food poisoning from the new Beignets. It was convenient, right in front of the hwy, but not convenient for our time or my stomach.
Need more servers and help. The young lady tried her best to service all customers but too much demand. The food was Luke warm. Popeyes in general has a customer service problem.
We have been to this Popeyes several times and more times than not, we get shorted items. Today's order was short 1 biscuit and 1 large side. On a positive note, the manager always provides the missing items when we return for them.
