What User doesn't like about Zest Asian Street Food:
The food was passable. I ordered Indonesian rendang (beef cooked in coconut milk) and some baos. The baos were super tiny, and the rendang was okay (knowing that real rendang has to be cooked overnight at least to achieve the right flavour this was one passable). Otherwise, I have always been skeptical to an Asian restaurant that sells both sushi and other stuff. View all feedback.
I had intended to order pad thai but was encouraged to ordered some Indonesian noodles with chicken instead. The meal was fine but really just tasted like glorified chicken lo mein so I was upset to have not had pad thai. The price is a little steep too because it is part of a new food court. I paid 12€ for this bowl of noodles, and requested the sriracha on the side which was necessary to add some spice to this simple dish. The one benefit of this food court is a great patio in the sun with umbrellas out on the street. Overall okay, not upset with my choice but I would not order it again or return knowing I can get better and cheaper Asian cuisine in Malta.
I had curry 'balinese chicken '. Relatively small portion of curry and low quality rice. Curry 's taste is okay, but not sure where it was balinese tasted more Thai imho.
Google maps say they open till 10pm, I went there at 8pm on a Saturday night and they told me they were closing. I guess they sold all their fresh food for the day! I will hopefully go again and upgrade my star rating then!

The food tasted great and they had fresh ingredients, but the portions are really small (size against price ratio). Poke bowls and steamed rolls have a vegan option, and sushi has a vegetarian option. Definitely try, but be careful that you are not satisfied with a part/plate.
