Sotto Pinsa Romana Valletta

The most tasty food we ate during our visit in Malta. The pizza was so thin and tasty with crunchy pastry and fresh ingredients. The tiramisu (pistachio or normal) was light and full of taste, one of the best i had in my life. We ended up going again to the place. The prices normal to cheap for generous portions. The service super friendly and helpful. Totally recommended and totally worth it.

I recently stumbled upon this restaurant, which is a bit hidden away underground and easily missed if you're just walking on the street. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pizza it was really good and great value for money. The presentation of the pizza on wooden boards is a good idea, but the boards themselves are quite old and could use an update. Unfortunately, the wine selection was limited, both in terms of options by the glass and on the wine list as a whole. On the bright side, the interior of the restaurant has a charming Italian authentic feel to it, the italian ambiance music in the background was also nice. The service was fast and the staff were welcoming I didn't have any complaints in that regard. I enjoyed my experience at the restaurant and would definitely consider visiting again in the future.

Taste of food is excellent. Portions a bit small compared to value for price but fulfilling. I don't like being served on a wooden board as I don't find it very hygienic. The desert, I took cannoli which were excellent however how this is served is very cafeteria style. Rose wines no choice, and the decor needs a bit more improvement and a bit more light and please put some low Italian music. Overall they will see me again as the taste of food was very good.

One of the best pizza I ever had! The place itself is located outside of the classic tourist route in an old cellar with almost no daylight. The restaurant felt very private and the staff was very welcoming. The pizzas we ordered were super delicious. The crust was excellent and the toppings were too. Nothing more to add. If you are in Valletta, go there!

The location and the ambience was awesome. We've got a table in a very tight corner while the place was nearly empty. Hence the 4 stars for the service. The pizzas, well I'm not sure about all the raving, all of us thought they were just okay, rather blend. Based on the reviews and the nice atmosphere and the prices, we definitely expected more. They were just normal pizzas, nothing special.
