I was skeptical because I'm really sensitive to fish products. Since the summer I tried her chicken Katsu and my husband tried her fish and told me that her sashimi and products were fresh. After tasting, I started ordering there, but today the maki deep fried I did not have any freshness at all. They serve sushi. It's okay sushi, but far from the best in Vallejo. Its not the worst sushi I have ever had. I may eat here once or twice a year only because my favorite places were already closed.Vegetarian options: They do have a few vegetarian options.
Didn't have gluten-free soy sauce. Macaroon ice cream sandwich seemed old (macaroon was crusty). Good service, though.Food: 4/5

I have been coming here for sushi for many years now, but I've only now discovered their seafood ramen! It is slightly spicy with tons of umami and a decent amount of seafood. The noodles were cooked perfectly, and I can't stand over cooked ramen! Would have loved an egg in it, but overall, it was very delicious. I never had a sushi roll I didn't like from here.
