We absolutely loved the avocado-flavored snow bubble with pearls. The drink was creamy and contained minimal shaved ice. While I prefer a bit more shaved ice in my snow bubble, I didn't mind too much because this drink is by far the best I've had at any Tapioca Express branch I've visited—I've been to quite a few, including locations in San Diego, Chula Vista, National City, Orange, and Hayward. This particular drink had a lot more avocado than the others. The only reason I'm giving it four stars is that there was only one person working at the store, even though it was a Sunday. We ended up waiting 12 minutes to order and receive our drinks.
