Contribute Feedback What Juan M doesn't like about Szechuan Chinese Cuisine:
The 48. Cashew Chicken 腰果鸡 tasted like gasoline. The hot and sour soup was sweet not sour at all... the only thing tolerable was the chicken 148. Chicken Fried Rice 鸡炒饭 I will not be ordering again. Lesson learned. View all feedback.
While a little slow in their preparation, their food is really good. And, the dishes are pletiful! The Eggplant in Szechuan Sauce with Pork was prepared medium spicy and, to me, was pretty mild. That said, it was done perfectly. The eggplant still had some body and the pork was sliced thin and distributed well throughout the dish. The BBQ Pork Fried Rice was GREAT. Somehow they seem to have double stuffed a ton of rice in the to-go container. Lightly fried with lots of pork thoughout. The potstickers were not too doughy; a issue weve had with *other* restaurants. These were fried up perfectly and stayed hot for the extended delivery time. The Hot and Sour soup is a little weird. Its good, its like egg-drop soup meets a brown vinegar base. I dont dislike it. Id probably order it again. Its just that every restaurant does theirs differently and this is different. 5-Stars
