They offer a variety o... read more The sandwiches are absolutely delicious, featuring high-quality ingredients. The sprouts and avocado spread are particularly exceptional. They offer a variety of tasty deli meats and cheeses as well. This restaurant is a fantastic choice when you have a vegetarian in the family but everyone else loves meat.

My sandwich went missing, and both I and anot... read more I enjoyed a delicious sandwich and had no issues with the food itself; however, the service was a different story. My sandwich went missing, and both I and another customer ended up waiting 25 minutes, only to discover that his sandwich had been placed on top of the oven. I still don’t know what happened to mine. The staff on duty on Sunday, August 28, seemed indifferent to the situation. During that time, only two sandwiches were served in 20 minutes, even with more customers coming in. One staff member carelessly tossed a sandwich onto the counter, which was rather off-putting. This was my first visit, and the restaurant felt like it hadn’t been cleaned since the COVID pandemic began. My girlfriend and I both have experience working in sandwich shops, so we understand the industry. Please improve your service and show more care for your customers and community.

I was unable to ask any questi... read more The sandwiches and service were quite good. However, I did experience an issue with their phone line, which was perpetually busy. I was unable to ask any questions regarding my online order before finalizing it, forcing me to drive to the restaurant to complete my order and wait for it to be ready. When I asked why the phone had been busy for the past 45 minutes without anyone on the line, they informed me that it wasn’t functioning. It seemed like they might be intentionally keeping the line off the hook to avoid taking phone orders, which isn't ideal for business and certainly inconvenient for customers. Aside from that, everything else was satisfactory.

However, on July 16, 2022... read more I really love their sandwiches! The only downside is that every time I go to place an order, they often run out of Dutch Crunch bread. However, on July 16, 2022, I finally got to enjoy my favorite sandwich on Dutch Crunch – turkey with provolone and all the toppings, plus I added avocado and sprouts. It was amazing! This place is definitely one of the best spots for sandwiches in Vallejo.
