I was just there to pick up a DoorDash order, but I stood there for nearly 10 minutes without anyone offering assistance. When I finally approached them, I had to wait an additional 10 minutes. This level of service is unacceptable and very unprofessional.

Stopped by to get those siopao asado and Buchi's. There was a short line but then after I ordered the line got longer. Service here was so slow. Only 1 staff at... read more Stopped by to get those siopao asado and Buchi's. There was a short line but then after I ordered the line got longer. Service here was so slow. Only 1 staff attending the register and also making the drinks. The wait was almost 30 minutes. The customers who lined up after my order were given their orders ahead.... I asked if my order were the ones on the counter, the rude staff abruptly said she was just going to bag them and I still had to wait till she finished what she was doing. This location is so under staffed but then they don't have to be rude just because. I got 6 pcs of Siopao but was only given 5 sauce packets. I asked for more of the sauce and was told there's a charge of $0.11 a packet. Really???? So I inquired how msny do I get For a $1???? I got 9 packets !!!!!
