Good welcome and great panorama. So much tranquility and good home food. Nice owners, very harmonious, in a beautiful valley

The only positive notes are definitely the panoramic position and spacious apartments (although the bathrooms were free of courtesy sets...there was not even a soap) Unfortunately, compared to what we read about other reviews, we found neither courtesy nor availability, but cold and indifference . For years we spend the holidays in Valle Aurina and we have always been pleasantly impressed by the hospitality, but unfortunately on this occasion in which it seemed also strained the simple greeting. In addition, despite being confirmed during booking, the holiday bonus was not accepted. We are aware that it is not an obligation for the manager to accept it, but it would have been correct to communicate it during booking instead of retracting. Too bad.

Simple place, but very comfortable, we felt at home, typical Tyrolean food and everything of own production, new premises or just resigned to new; friendly staff and always ready to the customer's needs, thanks for the beautiful stay we will definitely return.

Leonardo stayed the week of August 2019 with the whole family, the only positive thing of the agritur is the panoramic terrace, with a beautiful view of the entire Valle Aurina. The management of the agritur is scandalous: non-existent breakfast, only bread and jam is served to the apricot without possibility of any other choice, in the rooms never cleaning, idem in the bathroom of the room , the dinner is served in poor portions and without possibility of choice and of poor quality '. (one evening they have presented tortellini in stock packaged) not recommended
