And I say that they do not deserve the 5 stars because in these days when the cold is pressing, boiling a couple of ham bones costs nothing and the traveler, tourist or simply the ordinary citizen, of a lifetime, who Enjoy your city, it deserves to get rid of these cold weather with a traditional broth. Otherwise, the tavern is fine. A large bar and tables around it, with skewers and fleas well served with their accompaniment of good weekend oak lettuce leaves, well seasoned. The wines, as in all of Valladolid, are served with the measure of a thimble, which is something that must be changed. In the heart of wine country, the fact that wine is served with such greed is something to be noticed. The staff was friendly, but very interested in the business, they took our table away because there were only two of us sitting down and we could easily go to the bar, because a group of five had just arrived.
