Very good attempt to do something different... and they got it!! I've been here twice... and each one better than the previous. Village restaurant, fair price and service, amazing food. Outstanding mixture of flavours and foods... regional, traditional, modern, innovating. If you're into gastronomy, this place is a must. It doesn't look from the outside but it is. Changes foods and adds things to the menu constantly. You won't be disappointed... It's a hidden gem.

We were in Vallada for work and our customer recommended to eat here. It was a great success without doubt. Home Cooking very rich and perfectly cooked. A place where you can enjoy a menu during the week at a reasonable price and able to enjoy a delicious meal. A must to visit when you pass here, it is worth it. 100% recommended

The truth is that we have gone because I have read on their website that they had a very good looking menu and then they told me no, I had no choice to stay as and they didn't even have a menu, they told us 5 or 6 dishes and from there we had to choose. My pleasure in a well, although the food was not bad, the squids with wide beans were good and the entrecote too. I don't think I'm coming back. Starters and Dessert were given to us.

Menu, everything was good, the right attention, emphasizes that the kitchen closes at 2:30, if you go later, you can no longer eat there.

We went to the baptism of my daughter and my relatives were delighted. A great quality of raw material and end product, where you can see the work behind each plate. You advise and recommend the best to choose the most suitable menu. We start with some details from chef, accompanied by Iberian ham / cheese, octopus with potato fermenter and cannelloni with cod and Esadacalib. Then we drive with an excellent damped sea bass, tropical fruit sores, calf tail at low temperature and dessert a very fresh combination of a red fruit foam with chocolate goose and sponge cake. Excellent service and attention. I recommend it and I'm sure they can do all kinds of celebrations. In addition, the restaurant has a gastronomic menu that has a good value for money. Hard to give more at this price. I've been a lot and I'm sure I'll go on. Congratulations to Eusebi and the Sáez Restaurant Team.
