I had a bad experience with this company. I'm traveling to Valinhos and I placed an order at this store. The cutlery I ordered and paid for did not arrive. What irritated me was not the forgetfulness. Mistakes happen. But when I sent a message to them, they said that the motorcycle courier would not return to the store and would not send the item they forgot. Moral of the story, I couldn't eat the order and spent buying it from another restaurant. I was upset with this company's disregard for its customers
