Description

Nestled in Nebraska, this restaurant chain offers a unique dining experience centered around its signature Runza sandwich. While the food frequently garners praise for its quality and rich flavors, customer service varies, with some diners noting issues with cleanliness and order accuracy. Despite these concerns, many patrons commend the friendly staff and quick service, particularly when it's less crowded. The Runza sandwich, reminiscent of German bierocks, delights first-time tasters, while the Frings—a combination of fries and onion rings—has become a popular side. For those seeking a change from traditional fast food, this establishment is worth a visit.

The food was extremely oily and the fries were excessively salty. The service was very slow.

The food was delicious, but the hamburgers were noticeably smaller in size. They appeared more like sliders, yet still cost $8.00.

Horrible experience. There was not a clean table in the place even though they weren 't busy. But getting a decent lunch in Valentine is hard to do so we ordered. My husband ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch Salad. What he received looked nothing like what was shown on the menu. He takes it back to the counter to correct the order. The manager comes out and says they were out of some of the ingredients so they substituted the toppings. My husband says Then I didn 't get what I ordered. Then the manager POKES THE CHICKEN ON MY HUSBAND 'S SALAD WITH HIS BARE FINGERS and says rudely Well it has chicken on it! That 's what it is today! No offer to get him something else. No offer of a refund. Nothing. The manager just walks off. The teenager working there did nothing to help either. The manager 's behavior was appalling. We left.

Our very first experience with this Nebraska chain, so we definitely had to try their Runza. Very good!!! My husband got one with cheese and mine was original. And we love the idea of Frings!!
