Casey's - Valentine
Casey's
Description
This Casey’s is inconsistent: its pizza is a standout and often sells out, but guests report uneven service, disorganized staff, rewards/app crediting problems, and occasional poor food quality (hard crust). The store can feel cluttered and sometimes unclean, with limited restroom space and a prominent alcohol selection. When staffed well the decor, service, and food earn praise, but unresolved issues and indifferent management leave some customers frustrated. Best for pizza lovers and quick main‑strip stops if you arrive early and expect variability.

This is, bar none- the absolute WORST Casey's in the country! Bumbling, incompetent ESL clerks pretending to know how to prepay gas pumps and registers (it isn't rocket science! . I suspected that they did it incorrectly, but these two bumbling buffoons assured me the gas pump would automatically show my correct price. It did not. When I went back in to inform them, she insisted that the gas price was correct. I showed her it wasn't. She said she would get the manager. The manager remained secluded and never came out. Instead, the argumentative clerk with bad teeth and bad attitude wanted to argue, blaming the app, and not taking any responsibility for providing misleading and inaccurate information (lying to customers , on 7/15/23, 1404 hours. Why the manager didn't bother to emerge and resolve their screw up remains a mystery. Perhaps someone at Casey's corporate should look into this before they lose any further business- as they already lost ours. AVOID!
I usually really enjoy Casey’s and am a big fan of the chain. However, my experience at this particular location wasn’t great. The staff were not as friendly as those at other Casey’s I’ve visited. The store felt a bit disorganized and appeared somewhat dirty. Additionally, it didn't have the spacious restrooms that some of the other locations have. Since this location is on the main strip in Valentine, it would definitely benefit from expanding the bathroom facilities. I also noticed that they seem to sell and promote a lot of alcohol—both liquor and beer—which feels more prominent here than at most other Casey’s I’ve been to.
The guy that made our pizza did an absolutely amazing job. It was sooo delicious.
