We stopped for lunch. We were able to see that customers had been waiting for a while without even having had the order of drinks to wait. When we sit, we are forgotten and we have to call them to ask them if we could be served. Only one waitress stands out and is professional, the one who deals with the drinks side I think, young and very invested. The poor was taken back because she took our orders and this, in front of the customers, despite her explanation that she could not refuse the customer's request. We were personally seeing her to give her a well-deserved tip and left nothing for others. Finally our dishes. ???. tin butter pot, fries and salad for me: salad equal 2 leaves plus half slice of tomato. The fries?! oh no no no, never serve this to the client but what total lack of respect! past fries, dry and fanned as do the day before and quickly dipped into oil the next day. Let's all laugh! The ward was good, however. I didn't want coffee or dessert! the other dish: andouillette, then andouillette cut into 2 carbonized, it had to scratch. fries and idem salad higher. We asked a waitress if it was normal to serve such fries and what?? his answer was: What do they have fries!! out of me I told her I don't want to be aggressive but is she serious? ? the chef was called and explained to us that the boss changed supplier for the frog (yes but a frog does not cut into 2 when cooking)?!! and that the fries bah are not potatoes to make fries. the chef changed the dish for a beef tartar that was very good bill accompanied generously of fries certainly frozen but oh how much better! ! synthesis : very bad organisation, reception not to the top, on 3 waitresses one was especially antipathic and haughty (maybe mixed). quarrels in front of everyone waouh it's professionalism. We did not have any commercial gesture despite the absence of the hotel master butter, almost non-existent salad and for the unmangeable fries. I hope that the young waitress will find elsewhere afterwards because 2 waitresses to talk about her because she does exactly what the client is waiting for, that is, attention and ben courtesy, it's not great for her poor.
We loved this restaurant. We will no longer put our feet there...Deplorable service... Out of stock for the glazed specialty. .quant to the top of the top... a nice piece of well pointed glass in my Liège chocolate. I got swallowed. At the end, all the staff has nothing to do...Imagine yourself, if it had happened to a child...Retrospectively it's cold in the back. ...
After the classic photos in the fields of lavender we arrived in this restaurant, already prepared by the reviews. the dish of the day was finished, but it didn't invite to be eaten, we opted for a steak with chips and canards with honey at the lavender. everything was good, on average, nothing exceptional. The only negative side was the hundreds of flies that were laying everywhere, the owner might think of a solution.

We come with family each year to valensole, we had always been happy with this restaurant but since the change of owner, the reception has deteriorated considerably (not friendly boss, at the limit of the impolitness with customers as staff). the alcohol doses served, are not at the rate. The kitchen is always as good as it is (coffee, good tartar). The service is a little slow but nothing serious.
