teller was huge and came with 6 big falafels, hummus, tahini sauce, hot paprika, picked turnip, tomaten, 2 pitas and salat. we used to eat here before we were vegetarian, so we were so happy with the Veg option. hopefully they expand in the future to further vegan options. View all feedback.

The service at this restaurant was terrible. I visited today and waited for thirty minutes for my order, which still wasn't ready. The manager did not apologize or offer any compensation, simply stating that they were busy. I am now extremely hungry, annoyed, and pregnant. It was funny that my initial reaction was negative and the cashier Jordon recognized and talked to his manager Meher. They approached us and wanted to see if any way they can help. I expressed my displeasure and the way I thought I was not taken care of right. Meher took her time to listen and I felt special and yes they care for their customers and how they feel. At the same time Jordon approached me and apologized if he was able to communicate right. After listening to me and I felt that it was my bad understanding and Jordon did not mean it wrong.My thoughts were reverted to best review. They were humble, understanding, patience in listening my situation and were able to diffuse to the best review without geting into an argument.Good job Zankou and great job Jordon and the best is how Meher handled and made me fan of Zankou.I highly appreciate amd anyone going there do mention and she for their names jordon and Meher and congratulate themAs a matter of fact I referred to one of my friends d who are kn their way to La from Bay Area and advised to visit them and have dinner.All the bestVegetarian options: Yes falalfal and sauses salad and pitaParking: Good
Place was clean and food was prompt and delicious. I would not hesitate to return to this location.
Nice dining ambience inside.Sadly, there’s no lamb on the menu. And the menu itself is confusing. Does the plate come with the salad in the picture, or is that salad a side? And if it’s a side, why isn’t it in the list of sides, which has what appear to be three other kinds of salad?However i’m giving it five stars anyway because the food was excellent and because the cashier Jack was very helpful and also HILARIOUS!
Have LOVED Zankou Original Location Van Nuys from forever ago (20+ yrs). Thrilled that we have one closer to home. Been several times to this location and it definitely fails to live up to my previous expectations. Chicken is dry, Shawerma wraps odd bitter seasoning, everything seems off due to mass production and lack of quality control. So unfortunate.
I love the food here. Usually order through doordash but happened to be in the area so ordered take out. The guys at the counter taking orders were really nice, the food was delicious as usual. I love buying Tzatziki at the stores as a snack/side dish in general, and saw the zankou added it as a side! So definitely got some of that of course. So far food's been great every time.
