Xevichez Sushi - Valencia

I had to ask two different people for wasabi, ginger, and soy sauce when our rolls and sushi were served, and the baked items arrived lukewarm. My server disappeared for 20 minutes without a word. When I asked another server for some assistance before we even looked at our drinks, he merely nodded and walked away after asking if we needed anything. After 10 more minutes, I had to remind the hostess again for a drink refill, and she finally brought it over. It was a slow night, with only four tables, including ours, so I don’t understand why the service was so lacking. The music was a bit too loud, almost as if we were at a club, rather than a restaurant. However, the food itself is excellent. I might prefer to go to Sylmar for my sushi fix, where I can enjoy some Reggaeton music and slightly better service. Overall, despite the service hiccups, the sushi at Xevichez is some of the best-tasting and most consistent I’ve had.

The food was good, but their drinks were terrible. The rice needed a little more freshness than to be put in a refrigerator until use. Seafood was quite fresh

Decided to have a lunch here because we love the sylmar location. It took over 40 minutes to iron something and 2 reels? Do not forget that I had to ask 3 servers for some straws. It took a long time to even check out the guest with not even half a complete restaurant. Staff may see dead in no room for improvements. In any case, will not come back to this place, not sure how the service was just terrible.

Absolutely delicious food! The meal wasn't too heavy or overly rich. The garlic edamame was a bit on the pricey side, but it was among the best I've ever had. The sesame chicken was excellent as well, and the sauce had a nice kick to it! The sushi was also fantastic!

Today on Monday, July 11, 2022 around 12:00 AM I went to have lunch, I sat at the bar, I only had limited lunch break . It was almost 30 minutes and Diego did not hesitate to ask me what I want to eat he did not even started making my sushi . I was very upset and I asked that guy Diego the sushi maker. Is my food coming up ? and he said yes, yet it wasn't true because he hasn't even started yet he lied . He was making other people's sushi first, even thought I came first . Diego overall had a bad attitude .I told Veronica what happened and I asked her to give the check to pay the 2 beers and a miso soup that was my third time been there with my siblings but I would not go there anymore because of him I did not have anything to eat all day I was very hungry . Anyways Veronica the second waitress who brought my second beer was very kind and friendly .
