Occasionally, when preparing to leave a review, I notice other reviews that can influence my perspective. I strive to remain impartial, and this circumstance serves as a good illustration. Our server, Paul, was a genuinely nice guy who took our order with courtesy and efficiency. The food arrived promptly, in about four minutes, and it was quite tasty. I ordered a Cool Ranch and tater tots. While the seating area in the food court was reasonably clean, it felt a bit too warm—though it's understandable given that it's 113 degrees outside. I'd definitely consider dining here again when the weather is cooler.

I dine at this place frequently and have NEVER experienced any issues with the staff. They provide you with a buzzer that alerts you when it's your turn to pick up your food, so I’m not sure why some people think it’s all delivered to your table; this isn’t a sit-down restaurant! The food always arrives quite quickly, which is perfect when I'm craving a quick grilled cheese sandwich. My only complaint would be about the fries, which can sometimes vary in quality, ranging from outstanding to just okay.

So delicious! The Monte Cristo sandwich is a winner. Service was excellent. The owner personally took care of our order and made sure we had everything we needed. We will be back often and I highly recommend anyone who loves grilled cheese sandwiches to give this place a try! Yummy!!!!
