The food is fantastic, and while the portions are on the smaller side, they can be easily doubled to indulge even more. The staff is always wonderful, and the prices are very reasonable. I dine there twice a week and absolutely love it! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Gyu Kaku Valencia, Ca:
We were celebrating my nephews birthday. Our service was not up to par . To top it off After waiting 20 min for service I went to ask the hostess to change our grill and as she changed it she drop the grill which cause me to get burned and all she gave me was ice and a napkin to cool off the burn. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Gyu-Kaku. Asked to speak to a manager after receiving terrible service and she made us feel insignificant and bad for complaining, even though we had every right. They never checked on us and then the server shouted at us when we left. I am horrified.
My worst gyu-kaku experience by far. I made a reservation for my family and infant. I made it very clear that I would be coming with a baby. When I arrived, they could not accommodate our stroller. The hostess basically said there is no way to accommodate the stroller and said the table for a stroller is already reserved. Since when can we reserve tables meant for strollers? If that was an option on my opentable, then I obviously would have done it. And how is there absolutely no space to place a folded stroller somewhere in the restaurant? I’ve never had this issue with my infant and stroller at any restaurant. This was extremely annoying. I am not sure I will be returning here.

She provided only ointment and a 20% discount on my bill . What a joke . Will be contacting her manager since they don’t file a report .
Service was excellent. Clean. Menu is limited due to re-opening.
Good stuff. They were attentive and took god care of us
