Dear manager, do you hire these people bc they are kids of your friends? They aren't disciplined, can't keep 2 names in their memory. They can't focus on their job. I had pickup order at 18:00 on july 6th.

WENT ON SATURDAY THE 29TH AT 4:30PM TO VALENCIA LOCATION AND ORDERED THE NEW VEGGIE BOWL. UPON BUILDING THE BOWL THE CLERK INFORMED US THERE WERE NO VEGGIES IN THE ENTIRE STORE....... SAY WHAT...... COME ON MAN. Vegetarian options: UNKNOWN

All the food on this place is great all little bit prizes but it's worth it

Food is always fresh and good. The restaurant always looks like a tornado hit it. Tables are filthy, the drunk station has various drinks spilled everywhere. The patio is always dirty, dirty napkins on the floor, kitchen rags on the floor. This last time there was a charge error that wasn't fixed and when I let them know it rung up wrong I was given an incorrect reason for the mistake and that's all. Vegetarian options: There are all veggies options for those that don't eat meat.

Very friendly staff and fast service, but both visits resulted in soaking wet food. My first time, they completely doused the tortilla for my quesadilla with butter when it really only needs a light swipe for browning. Then tonight, we went for Taco Tuesday and my shredded beef tacos were also soaking wet. No effort was made to drain the beef before putting it in the shell and it totally ruined my meal. Yes, I should have took them back, but it just wasn't worth complaining about it as I'm definitely not coming back.
