El restaurante vasco de referencia en Valencia es el que más se acerca a la auténtica gastronomía y productos de Euskadi. Vale la pena ir a la barra, pero si lo que buscas es un chuletón de buey auténtico, siéntate en una mesa y mira la carta. Ahora ofrecen unas verduras de temporada que están deliciosas; los pimientos del piquillo asados dejaron a mi novia impresionada. Recomiendo este lugar.
Primero que nada, felicidades a Pedro por este rincón descubierto, lo he visitado después de leer tu publicación y no me he decepcionado. ¡La ubicación, la calidad y la frescura de los productos son excelentes; el ambiente que se forma alrededor de la barra también! ¡Volveré a repetir si alguna vez regreso de visita a tierras valencianas!
