This is such a great experience. We went for the nine course tasting menu with wine arrangement. This was one of the best pairings we ever had. Every dish was so accomplished, with a great level of detail and finesse. Simply outstanding. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Valencia!
We recently got asked our favorite restaurant in Valencia and I couldn’t answer the question till today, it’s Fraula. A Michelin star restaurant that deserves every accolade it receives. Fraula is strawberry in a long forgotten Valencia language deriving from Latin. I want to add that I have seafood allergies and asked for a customized menu, the team did not hesitate to help and created one for me, thank you. Fraula is perfect, every dish in our seven course meal took us on an adventure in flavor and smell that was sublime. We will definitely be back to try their summer menu. The menu is seasonal and changes every fourth month to ensure fresh and current produce, seafood and meats. I can’t understand why Fraula is not booked months in advance, it’s that good. Food: 5 which is not a fair number as every dish is amazing and creative. I wish I had words to describe what our taste buds enjoyed but I can’t. Not a single disappointment and the creativity was spectacular. I would love to describe each course but I cannot do it justice. Service: 5 outstanding and welcoming. Adrian and the team of servers just ensured our experience would be memorable and perfect. Atmosphere: 5 very clean and modern lines with the space being open and welcoming.
