The worst chain store in Valencia I have ever tried. Never ever come again. Slow service, bad flavor: waiters just come around and no one receive us keeping us wait for 10 mins at door; asked for extra Pepsi and no one showed up... we ordered the Filete after a couple of minutes telling us it’s not available without saying sorry: hey boys, Filete no queda... aberto, zoe, cristina and commissioner (red hair) we have been twice and on both occasions, the treatment of staff is always exceptional. the second time we were on the terrace with our dog, and without asking, they bothered to bring him water. The potatoes were nothing crispy, something soft, the cabbage salad looks miniature, very scarce! but the very good burger.
