The kitchen of the hotel neptune is directed by josemi bielsa, known chef and the dishes were online, not much preparation and fresh season product are the signs of identity of all those that were taken out in the menu. It is curious that one of the dishes I got the most was the Valencian tomato salad with beautiful, and the cushions of this sea. the dining room was located in a room that served as a step to the terrace, an intimate and cold place in its decoration, and the service very improved. El servicio Pésimo, los camareros mínimos para servir deben rogarse para ser tratados y discutidos entre ellos. No entiendo cómo en Semana Santa no visualizan que en Valencia los turistas vengan a disfrutar del tiempo y su gastronomía en Neptuno es imposible de conseguirlo.
La paella muy buena y no es cara encima por la playa que pedir más
We had a table booked for 5.30pm on new years eve as that was the only time available. We were aware of 2 set menus for the and politely enquired if the non fish eaters could get some startes from the vegetarian menu. The older waiter acted like we had asked him to solve world peace waving his arms a out and being extremely rude. I told him is shouldn't be an issue considering the me us are already prepared for the night and also had to argue that he go and ask the chef if it was the huge problem he made it out to be. There was nobody else in the restaurant at the time. The chef was very obliging and gave us some fantastic food. Unfortunately runpelstillskin and his cohorts couldn't wait to get us out standing over us while we ate and whipping plates away before we were finished. The waiting staff could wait to get us out. Food qas nice the waiting staff absolutely atrocious rude and unkempt.
We made a reservation for 7.30pm. When we arrived, the restaurant was empty, the tables were not plated, nothing. There was no Xmas dinner. They were just finished cleaning the afternoon session and had no appetite for evening guests. Fine, but why accept a reservation when you are not ready and interrested in it?
