Blasco - Valencia

We visited the beautiful city lla and chose to eat blasco. we had the 11euro menu of the day 3 courses with a 500ml karaffe wein per person. the choices were good that I had pork brains and it was nice. the traditional dish. the black ass looked great. the staff was friendly and the service was good. traditional family business restaurant well worth a visit.

Great location, there was a choice of different price menus, we chose the €18. the goat cheese salad was tasteless, the salate and tomato formed an salate with a thin piece of cold goat cheese on top. I ordered ripening with rührei and was served half the spice! it was delicious, but not what I ordered. dessert said that it was made to house chocolate pudding, I doubt it was made to house! the personal was indifferent, and we felt a little angry to be honest.

No fuss, no chic eating, helps a little small for 11 euro, can complain about quality, personal helpful and friendly, filled a whole.

Picked bar blasco due to a good menu choice and good price at 11 euro for menu del dia. I can recommend the chicken soup as well as the lla sausage and chips with coffee caramel for dessert very. the service was very fast despite the. number of people already sitting and staff very friendly. to finish coffee was excellent. would be visiting definately again.
