I attended a scene in which the manager threatened an unhappy client and in his right, saying, "Come, we'll explain ourselves out." Two waitresses had to hold him. After a very long waiting time, I was told to take another salad than the one I ordered at the terminal, a break in the stock of goat salad. I contest and the annoyed manager prepares a salad in which I find nothing: no tomato, no nuts, no goat, no crusts...The manager knew that he was missing the ingredients but he still served me this one, without even telling me or suggesting any compensation. Being accustomed to stopping me in kfc on my trips, it is by far the worst of all, ever seen!I will never stop there again!
