Back in July... read more I discovered Fish Up in March 2020, freshly launched in food truck version. The original concept? Fish chips home. First test: excellent and copyy. Back in July 2020 with a fixed address on Valencia, identical findings: reception at the top, quality of products at the rendezvous, fries and excellent home sauces (tartare/aioli). The room is well arranged, tastefully decorated. Fish Up also offers a salmon burger, a vegetarian version and the fish panure is gluten free! To recommend closed eyes: price more than reasonable, originality of the offer, adapted to special regimes. And available via delivery services on Valencia. What more?
