The staff are friendly and welcoming, delivering excellent service. Although we were just passing through, it’s clear that Bixby's hosts a range of events and offers daily specials. Their selection of specialty drinks is impressive, featuring a delicious Caramel Cold Brew, a variety of espresso drinks, flavored beverages, iced teas, and classic options. I especially enjoyed my dependable cup of Decaf Drip. Honestly, if Bixby's had been around when the first settlers traveled the Oregon Trail, they might never have made it all the way to the coast!

They offer fantastic traditional coffee house favorites at reasonable prices. The flavors are always consistent, and whether you choose a hot or cold drink, you won’t be disappointed. Their iced tea is also excellent. Plus, their lunch specials are a wonderful bonus. I highly recommend giving them a try.
